Frequently Asked Questions


Can more than 2 people perticipate in the same calendar?
Yes, the owner can invite as many participants as needed; with the roles of Administrator or participant.

Can one assistant manage multiple calendars?
Yes, Owners must invite the assistant as a participant. We created a “fast” calendar switch, for this use case.

Is it possible to share customers and invoicess across calendars?
Not currently, We plan to implement in the future “sub-calendars” that share customers with a parent.

When will appointmently.com be available to general public?
Early 2025, We are working hard to get it ready for general availability.

Do you support creating appointments for walkins?
Yes, use the + symbol in the right corner of the calendar. It will create an a 30 minutes appointment at current time. This is specialy usefull, to keep a record of visits, Sales receipts and build up your customer directory.

What is the minimum customer information we should enter when creating customers?
Add as much as posbile, A good customer directory. Will allow you in the to build Marketing campains, event notifications and mantain historical information about the customer.

Does appointmetly.com work on my phone or tablet?
Yes, it can be used on a phone; We recomend you use a computer or a tablet for better experience. It can be used from a phone when you are on the road.

Can sales receipts be emailed to my customers?
Yes, if a receipt is created for the appointment, an email will be send to the customer once the appointment is over

What is the most common notification frecueny for appointments?
  • Notify when appointment is created
  • Notify the day before appointment. To make sure your customer corrects any conflicts and keeps the appointment time recerved.
  • Notify 2 hours before appointment. This tells the customer “You should be getting ready to go to your appointment, Or Expect us soon.

Do you have a free plan?
Each SMS and email notification has a cost to us. Because of this is not viable to offer a free plan, We do allow you to subscribe for a Trial period, We will bill you after the trial period ends, If for any reason you cancel the subscription before the trial period ends your credit card will not be charged.

Do you have a free trial period?
Yes, Once you subscribe you will be billed for the subscription period at the end of the trial pediod. If for any reason you cancel the subscription before the trial period ends your credit card will not be charged.

How long is your Trial period?
15 days from the time you subscribe
